2. Service Description

ReadMyCat (readmycat.com) is an AI-powered cat behavior analysis web application. Users upload a video of their cat, which is analyzed by artificial intelligence technology to produce a behavioral assessment.

The preliminary analysis (summary and observations) is available free of charge. The full detailed analysis (possible causes, what to watch for, veterinary recommendations) is a paid service.

3. Important Disclaimer

ReadMyCat is NOT a veterinary service. The analysis is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute a veterinary diagnosis, medical advice, or a substitute for professional veterinary care. In compliance with FTC guidelines, we do not make any health claims or guarantee diagnostic accuracy. If you suspect a health issue with your cat, always consult a licensed veterinarian.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Preliminary analysis: Free
• Full detailed analysis: $4.99 (all applicable taxes included)

Payment is processed online via credit or debit card through a secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment card information.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your analysis, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at info@readmycat.com.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving your request.

6. User Responsibilities

• You may only upload videos that you own or have the legal right to use
• Uploaded videos must contain cats only
• Abusive use is prohibited, including mass uploads, automated access, scraping, or reverse engineering

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated analysis
• Any decisions made or actions taken based on the analysis results
• Temporary unavailability of the service due to maintenance or technical issues
• The legality or appropriateness of content uploaded by users

8. Intellectual Property

The ReadMyCat website, its content, design, and source code are the intellectual property of NET INNOVATION Kft. You may use your analysis results for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial redistribution, resale, or republication of analysis results is prohibited without prior written consent.

9. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware.
